Images are worth thousands of words

Commercial contracts are mostly about creating clarity about the deal.

It is not so easy to use words to describe everything so we love using maps, photos, sketches, renderings, charts, tables, and more to create clarity. We don't want people confused about what exactly is being leased, and for what purpose, and to what extent, etc.

And when we use words to explain things, examples are very useful. Sure, the formula that is used to figure out how much the Landlord must contribute towards a Tenant's replacement of an air conditioning unit might be "clear". But the best way to make sure everyone understands is to include a couple examples of how much everyone will pay under various fact patterns.
